General Maintenance
Location: McCutcheon High School
Hours: 6 am - 2:30 pm
Starting hourly rate: $25.26
Work under the supervision of Sarah Copley, Maintenance Manager, at the Operations Center.

Skills and knowledge required are as follows, but not limited to:
  • Basic Plumbing, electric, and mechanical repairs
  • 3 Phase power
  • Chillers
  • Boilers
  • Pumps
  • HVAC
  • Commercial kitchen equipment
  • computer knowledge
  • Repair/Service of outdoor equipment

Requirements
  • Must be able to work with a variety of people
  • Must be able to prioritize work orders
  • Self-starter
  • Ability to work alone and unsupervised
  • Excellent attendance
  • Have own basic tools
  • Plow snow
  • Must have High School diploma
  • Available on emergency basis
  • Climb ladder
  • Use lift
  • Lift 50 pounds

  • Must have valid driver's license/good driving record

  • All other assignments that are at the direction of the Maintenance Manager or the Director of Buildings and Grounds
