Job Description

QAD is hiring a dependable and detail-oriented Laser Operator to join our production team. This role is responsible for operating laser engraving machines to produce high-quality, custom-engraved products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Set up and operate laser engraving equipment

  • Run jobs according to specifications and production schedule

  • Ensure engraved products meet quality standards

  • Perform routine cleaning and maintenance on laser machines

  • Troubleshoot minor equipment issues

  • Maintain a clean and organized workstation

  • Report to the production supervisor

Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED

  • Previous experience as a Laser Operator or Laser Engraver preferred

  • Familiarity with EZCADZ (YAG) and/or CORELDRAW (CO2) software is a plus

  • Ability to interpret technical drawings and file specifications
