Job description

Job Title: Seasonal Warehouse Clerk

 

Starting Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 an hour standard + bonuses

 

Schedule: Full-time as early as 4:00am and end in the afternoon, five days with one weekend day required.

Job Responsibilities:

The Warehouse Clerk is responsible for managing inventory, processing shipments, and ensuring efficient warehouse operations. Key duties include receiving and inspecting incoming shipments, organizing and storing products, picking and packing orders, and maintaining accurate inventory records. The role requires attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and adherence to safety protocols.

  • The Warehouse Clerk is responsible for the safe, accurate, and efficient replenishment of products in the warehouse.
  • Replenishing product in inventory slots.
  • Unload empty totes from trailers.
  • Operate certain machinery.
  • Rotating product throughout the facility using the first in/first out method.
  • Assist in obtaining products from the receiving team.
  • Assist the order selection team when necessary.
  • Keep work areas clean and organized.
  • Follow safety & security guidelines.
  • Perform other duties and work in other areas as assigned.
     

Working Conditions:

Warehouse Clerks will work in regular or freezer temperatures. Individuals working in freezer conditions will be provided with adequate cold gear and receive additional hourly differentials. This role is very fast-paced and requires a significant amount of movement to meet replenishment rates. The position will also require general physical movements such as frequent walking, standing, lifting, bending, twisting, reaching, and occasionally lifting 50+Lbs, Individuals will also be expected to follow and understand basic instructions/policies. 

 

Qualifications:

  • Experience working in a Warehouse or Manufacturing Environments a plus.
  • Ability to understand warehouse mapping.
  • Ability to safely use warehouse equipment.
  • Ability to lift and move cases occasionally up to 50+Lbs,
  • Must be able to follow policies and safety guidelines.
  • Ability to work overtime upon request.
