Job description

Howmet Aerospace powers aerospace and transportation with advanced engineered solutions. Join our manufacturing team as an Aerospace Manufacturing Technician and learn in a high‑tech environment where quality, safety, and teamwork drive every shift.

A day in this role

You arrive to a clean, organized production area and gear up. With clear work instructions in hand, you perform hands-on operations to customer specifications, operate production equipment (with training provided), and collaborate with teammates to hit daily goals. Throughout your shift, you follow safety procedures and quality standards and help keep the area orderly for the next crew.

Core responsibilities
  • Execute a variety of hands-on manufacturing operations per standardized processes and customer specs
  • Follow safety procedures, quality standards, and documented work instructions
  • Operate production equipment (training provided)
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
  • Contribute as a reliable team member to meet daily production targets

Hourly Pay: $26.52

Available shifts

(Must be able to work all available shifts)

  • 1st Shift - 6:45AM – 2:45PM
  • 2nd Shift - 2:45PM – 10:45PM
  • 3rd Shift - 10:45PM – 6:45PM
  • Weekend Crew - Fri/Sat/Sun or Sat/Sun/Mon – 6:45AM – 6:45PM, 6:45PM – 6:45AM, 10:45AM – 10:45PM, 10:45PM – 10:45AM
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED
  • 2+ years of work experience; limited or no manufacturing experience required – we will train you
  • Ability to work any shift (afternoons, nights, weekends, and overtime as needed)
  • Strong work ethic, reliability, and eagerness to learn
  • Ability to follow instructions and safety guidelines
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced industrial setting

Employees must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Verification of employment eligibility will be required at the time of hire. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position
