Installer – Home Remodeling

Location: Central Jersey, NJ
Compensation: $200 to $350 Per Day (based on experience)

Position Overview

We are seeking a dependable and hardworking Construction Laborer / Installer to support our home remodeling projects. This hands-on role is essential to delivering high-quality results for our customers by assisting with installations, repairs, and general construction tasks.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with their hands, being part of a team, and growing within the home improvement industry.

What You’ll Do

  • Assist with bathroom, and basement remodeling projects
  • Perform general labor tasks, including demolition, material handling, and site prep
  • Install or assist with Bathroom remodels, LVT flooring, minor drywall work, fixtures, and basic plumbing elements
  • Maintain a clean and organized job site
  • Follow safety guidelines and company standards at all times
  • Work closely with project managers and team members to complete jobs efficiently

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
  • Ability to perform physical labor and heavy lifting
  • Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
  • Comfortable using basic hand and power tools
  • Ability to follow instructions and meet deadlines

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in construction, remodeling, or home improvement
  • Knowledge of basic plumbing, carpentry, or electrical work (a plus)
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
