Responsibilities

• Welcome patients and visitors with a warm, professional attitude.
• Schedule appointments and manage the daily appointment calendar.
• Verify insurance benefits and discuss coverage with patients.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
• Answer incoming phone calls and respond to patient inquiries.
• Assist with office organization and administrative tasks.
• Resolve patient concerns while providing outstanding customer service.
• Help create a positive, efficient experience for every patient.

Skills & Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Spanish (preferred)
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
• Ability to multitask in a busy office environment
• Previous optical or eye care experience is preferred, but we're happy to train the right person
• Positive attitude and a genuine passion for helping people
