Job description

Northern Dutchess Hospital, located in Rhinebeck, NY, just 2 hours north of New York City, is seeking a PM&R physician to provide one or two weekends of coverage a month as well as some coverage for vacation. This position will cover 2 hospitals, Northern Dutchess Hospital in Rhinebeck, NY, and Benedictine Hospital in Kingston, NY. The two locations are about 20 minutes apart. We offer a highly competitive hourly per diem rate and will reimburse lodging expenses. Our Neurology practice includes five neurologists and a physiatrist. The neurologists offer subspecialties that include neuromuscular diseases, epilepsy, movement disorders and neuroimmunology. Our employed practice is part of Health Quest, the largest and most comprehensive provider of healthcare services to the one million people who reside in the New York counties of Columbia, Dutchess, Ulster, Orange, Putnam and northern Westchester. Our hospitals include Vassar Brothers Medical Center in Poughkeepsie, Northern Dutchess Hospital in Rhinebeck, and Putnam Hospital Center in Carmel.
