Key responsibilities

  • Operate and deliver Walgreens freight on relay and peddle routes, including making tailgate deliveries using a conveyor roller system when needed.

  • Maintain compliance with DOT requirements and meet all safety and operational standards during daily driving activities.

  • Perform unloading tasks and assist with freight handling as required, including lifting, pulling, pushing, and carrying up to 75 pounds.

  • Relay Routes: $0.595/mile
  • $29.30/hr starting pay for all on duty non-driving time and peddle routes
  • Pay Rate increases at 6 months, 12 months, 18 months, and 24 months.

WE REQUIRE:
  • Valid and current Class A CDL
  • Must be 21 years of age
  • Must have 1 year of verifiable tractor-trailer experience or 6 months of driving experience AND a certificate from an accreditedtruck driving school.
  • Ability to meet all DOT requirement
  • Ability to lift, pull, push and carry product weighing up to 75 pounds
  • Must be willing and able to unload tailgated freight using a conveyor roller system when needed

CPC Logistics is currently hiring full-time Class A CDL Local Truck Drivers to work with our Walgreens Private Fleet Operations group in Rogers MN.
Relay routes are available.
Relay drivers will make 1 nighttime run to Windsor, WI and back. No touch freight! All drop and hook! Schedule is Monday thru Friday with early evening start times and home every day. Approximately 546 miles per night round trip.
Drivers will be required to fill in for peddle driver 2-4 times a year to cover vacations, sick time, etc. Peddle routes consist of making tailgate deliveries via a roller system to Walgreens stores in Rogers MN and the surrounding areas
Drivers must be willing and able to do both Peddle and Relay routes. Hotels provided for layovers. No Sleeper Bunk!
