What is an Hourly Amazon DSP Driver?

An Hourly Amazon DSP (Delivery Service Partner) Driver is an employee who delivers Amazon packages to customers' homes and businesses. They work for independent companies contracted by Amazon, known as DSPs, and are paid by the hour rather than per delivery. The role often involves physical activity, adherence to strict safety protocols, and interaction with Amazon's delivery technology.

Does Amazon DSP have flexible hours?

Amazon DSP drivers typically have flexible hours, as they often set their own schedules within delivery windows. However, drivers must meet delivery deadlines and may need to work early mornings, evenings, or weekends depending on the route and volume. Flexibility can vary based on location and operational needs.
