Key Duties
- Oversee fiscal and accounting functions, including general accounting, accounts payable/receivable, auditing, and financial reporting.
- Supervise and evaluate accounting staff, assign tasks, provide training, and implement corrective actions as necessary.
- Prepare, analyze, and review financial records and reports to ensure accuracy and compliance with standards.
- Address discrepancies promptly and report financial information accurately.
- Maintain financial records in compliance with procedural standards while ensuring confidentiality.
