Job description

Blood Assurance is seeking compassionate, dependable Team Supervisor (phlebotomist) to work in Nashville, TN at our new Plaza Mariachi Donor Center. The Team Supervisor will be responsible for supervising phlebotomy staff and processes that involve performing donor suitability interviews, phlebotomy of volunteer blood donors, adherence to safety regulations and quality standards. Prior related supervisory skills are required and advanced skills in customer service, problem solving and attention to detail. Candidates must be bilingual, fluent in English and Spanish and the salary is $22 per hour.

Phlebotomist Team Leader Qualified applicants should possess:

  • a high school degree or equivalent,
  • a phlebotomy certificate and/or prior phlebotomy experience,
  • strong customer service skills with attention to detail,
  • a positive, caring attitude and,
  • scheduling flexibility for a variety of shifts including evenings and weekends
  • may require overtime
