Type of Job: Full Time on-site work (not remotely neither work from home).

Language Requirement: Bilingual (English & Spanish).

Pay: $18 - $22 + weekly bonus and incentives - $38K to $46K annual.

Overview:

Molly Maid of Boca Raton and Coral Springs, a leader in the residential cleaning industry, is seeking a highly motivated and energetic Assistant Office Manager to join our team. This is a full-time position ideal for a go getter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working with people.

We are looking for someone who is:

  • Fully bilingual English - Spanish (must be able to read, write, and speak both languages).
  • Able to pass a background check and a drug test.
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office and related software.
  • Committed to delivering exceptional customer service and team leadership.
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States of America.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily operations and manage a team of approximately 30 employees.
  • Dispatch cleaning teams and adjust schedules based on customer requests and schedule changes.
  • Hire, fire and provide coaching and support to cleaning staff and office personnel.
  • Handle customer requests for service, complaints and scheduling.
  • Conduct regular staff meetings and training sessions with the office and cleaning crews.
  • Manage inventory of supplies, equipment, and products.
  • Drive performance to meet revenue and sales targets.
  • Maintain a structured, friendly and efficient working environment.

Requirements:

  • 2–3 years of experience in office management, recruiting, training, or customer service.
  • Confident using Microsoft Office and other basic business software.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills.
  • Available to work Monday through Friday, starting as early as 7:00 AM.
  • Have a valid Florida Driver’s License and can drive.
