DESCRIPTION DE L’ORGANISATION

SOMMAIRE DU POSTE

Sous la supervision de la cheffe cuisinière, le sous-chef participe à la gestion quotidienne des opérations en cuisine. Il collabore à l’élaboration des menus, assure la qualité des plats et soutient l’équipe afin de garantir un service constant et de haut niveau.

PRINCIPALES RESPONSABILITÉS

  • Superviser et répartir efficacement le travail de l’équipe;
  • Participer à l’élaboration des menus et tables d’hôte;
  • Assurer la mise en place, la production et le service au gril;
  • Gérer les inventaires et les commandes;
  • Assurer la qualité, la présentation et la constance des plats;
  • Appliquer et faire respecter les normes d’hygiène et de salubrité;
  • Remplacer le chef exécutif au besoin;
  • Maintenir la propreté et l’organisation de la cuisine.

PROFIL RECHERCHÉ

  • DEP en cuisine (atout) ou expérience pertinente en cuisine;
  • Environ deux (2) ans d’expérience dans un poste similaire;
  • Excellente maîtrise des cuissons;
  • Leadership, rigueur et sens des responsabilités;
  • Capacité à travailler sous pression.
