  • Schedule: 8-hour shifts, Monday to Friday, Night shifts, Holidays, and Weekends

Job Overview

The Housekeeping Room Attendant is responsible for performing routine cleaning and servicing of guest rooms and baths, ensuring the hotel maintains a positive image. The attendant must be pleasant, honest, and friendly, addressing guest requests and problems promptly and professionally.

Key Responsibilities

  • Room Preparation and Cleaning:
    • Enter and prepare the room for cleaning.
    • Make beds, dust the room and furniture, and vacuum the carpet.
    • Replenish guestroom and bath supplies and amenities according to operational standards.
    • Clean the bathroom, closet, and floor corridor.
    • Perform rotation cleaning duties such as steam cleaning carpets, spring cleaning, and deep cleaning as required.
    • Ensure the security of guest rooms and privacy of guests.
  • Guest Interaction and Requests:
    • Deliver and retrieve items on loan to guests, such as irons and ironing boards.
    • Attend to guest calls, requests, and complaints in the assigned area.
