What does a hotel wedding planner do?

A hotel wedding planner is a professional who specializes in organizing and coordinating weddings that take place at a hotel venue. They handle everything from managing the event timeline, working with vendors, arranging catering and decor, to ensuring all the couple's preferences are met. Their goal is to make the wedding planning process smooth and stress-free, while making sure the event runs flawlessly on the big day. Hotel wedding planners also often help with accommodations and guest logistics, leveraging the hotel's resources for a seamless experience.
