Job description

We're looking for a Food & Beverage Shift Leader, who will act as a Manager on Duty for the Pizza shop, lobby bar and rooftop bar. The ideal candidate is dedicated, personable, professional, and communicates well. They will be well organized, able to work in a fast-paced environment and solve problems with a sense of urgency. They will have strong communication skills with both team members and guests, have a friendly and kind demeanor, as well as the ability to think outside the box. This is a non-exempt position that reports to the Shop Leader. The pay rate per hour ranges from $19-20/ hour

  • Provide exceptional personalized customer service and experiences to guests
  • Act as a manager on duty
  • Ability to manage a fast-paced, high-volume, clean, customer-focused shop
