As a Front Desk Agent, you are the heart of our guest experience and the very first impression of our hotel. You’ll set the tone for every stay by creating a warm, welcoming, and professional environment where guests feel valued from the moment they arrive. In this role, you’ll combine great customer service with strong attention to detail as you assist with check-ins, check-outs, reservations, and guest inquiries. We’re looking for someone who is naturally friendly, dependable, and takes pride in delivering exceptional hospitality every day. Responsibilities: • Greet every guest with a warm, friendly, and professional welcome. • Handle guest check-ins and check-outs accurately and efficiently. • Verify reservations, room assignments, payment methods, and guest details. • Respond promptly and thoughtfully to guest questions, requests, and concerns. • Answer and route incoming phone calls in a courteous and professional manner. • Process guest payments accurately using cashless systems and maintain proper transaction records. • Partner with Housekeeping, Engineering, Security, and other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences. • Stay knowledgeable about hotel services, amenities, and local attractions. • Address guest concerns with professionalism and escalate when needed. • Accurately document guest requests, incidents, and shift notes in the pass-on log. • Follow all hotel safety, security, confidentiality, and emergency procedures. • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk area. • Support the team by completing other duties as assigned. **** Qualifications: • One (1) year of hotel front desk, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred. • Experience with Opera Cloud or a similar property management system is a plus. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a guest-first mindset. • Ability to stay calm, organized, and effective in a fast-paced environment. • Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Compensation: $17 per hour
