As a Security Officer – Concierge, there is a high focus on customer service since you will be working with people on all shifts, in environments such as office towers, hotels, shopping centers, etc.

  • Set Schedule: Full-Time 12-hour shifts available (See scheduled details below)
  • Shift 1: Grave: 7:45pm-8:15am: Wednesday to Saturday.
  • Shift 2: Grave: 7:45am to 8:15pm: Sunday to Wednesday.

Responsibilities of a Concierge Security Guard

  • Excellent customer service is always your top priority.
  • You observe, survey the area, and provide reporting on activity at your assigned location.
  • You provide rapid response in critical situations.
  • You’re good with reading and writing detailed reports.
  • You know when and how to enforce customer procedures, regulations, and standards.
  • Lobby - you provide critical access control and order in the lobby area by checking identification of employees, vendors, customers, and other visitors. Plus, keeping area clear of foot traffic and prevention of other hazards in the area.

Qualifications for Concierge Security Guard

  • You are authorized to work in the US.
  • You have a high school education or equivalent (GED) in hand.
  • You have a valid PILB in hand.
  • You have a valid driver's license.
  • You have or can obtain CPR/AED/FIRST AID Certification within 7 days of an offer.
  • You have superior people skills.
  • You have at least 1 year of Security experience. If you have Law Enforcement or Military experience; even better!
  • You have strong work ethic!
