What We're Looking For

We are seeking a passionate and results driven General Manager with a proven background leading full service, boutique hotels. This individual will be responsible for the overall success of the property, including operations, financial performance, guest satisfaction, team development, and community engagement.


Responsibilities

  • Provide overall leadership for all hotel operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and operational excellence.
  • Drive financial performance by managing budgets, forecasting, labor costs, and overall profitability.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop department leaders while fostering a positive and engaged team culture.
  • Partner with the sales and revenue teams to maximize occupancy, ADR, RevPAR, and overall market share.
  • Ensure brand standards, service expectations, and operational procedures are consistently upheld.
  • Oversee all food & beverage, front office, housekeeping, engineering, and guest service operations.
  • Build strong relationships with local businesses, community organizations, and tourism partners to increase market visibility.
