About the Role:

As the Bar Manager at Bar Sprezzatura, you will be a hands-on leader responsible for all aspects of bar operations, beverage service, and team development. Working closely with the General Manager and restaurant leadership, you’ll lead the bar team, drive beverage sales, maintain exceptional service standards, and create an energetic and welcoming guest experience.

You will play a key role in developing the beverage program, managing inventory and costs, training and mentoring the team, and ensuring that every cocktail, aperitivo, and beverage experience reflects the spirit of Bar Sprezzatura and the standards of Mina Group.

You are a hands-on mentor who can lead by example, adapt quickly to changing business needs, and create an exceptional experience for both guests and team members.

You will oversee daily bar operations, develop and coach the beverage team, drive sales through thoughtful service and strategic selling, and work closely with the General Manager, culinary leadership, and hotel partners to ensure the continued success of Bar Sprezzatura. You have strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wine, and beer; exceptional financial acumen; an impeccable eye for detail; and a high level of professionalism.

  • Experience training and developing bartenders and bar staff
  • Knowledge of safety, sanitation, and responsible alcohol service protocols
  • Working knowledge of HR practices and labor laws
  • Strong computer skills and familiarity with restaurant POS and inventory systems
  • Ability to frequently lift up to 40 pounds
