Job Overview
We are seeking a dependable Housekeeper to help maintain clean, comfortable, and welcoming guest rooms. This role is essential to providing a positive experience for our guests by ensuring rooms meet hotel cleanliness and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
  • Clean and prepare guest rooms, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and cleaning bathrooms
  • Replenish guest amenities such as towels, toiletries, linens, and supplies
  • Ensure all room surfaces, furniture, and fixtures are clean and well maintained
  • Replace bed linens and sanitize bathrooms before guest checkโ€‘in
  • Properly fold, store, and transport clean and soiled linens
  • Safely use and store cleaning supplies and chemicals
  • Follow hotel health, safety, and infection control guidelines
  • Report maintenance issues, damages, or safety hazards promptly
  • Respond to guest requests in a courteous and timely manner
  • Respect guest privacy and personal belongings at all times
Qualifications
  • Prior housekeeping experience preferred but not required
  • Knowledge of cleaning tools, supplies, and best practices is a plus
