Job description

McLaren Oakland is recruiting Gastroenterologists for an employed opportunity in Pontiac, Michigan.

  • Inpatient and Outpatient opportunity in Metro-Detroit
  • Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm
  • 2 days/week in clinic and 3 days/week in the hospital
  • EUS and ERCP are preferred, but not required
  • McLaren Oakland has 4 Endoscopy suites
  • Excellent compensation. Please call to discuss.
  • Teaching opportunity: Family Medicine and Internal Medicine residency programs.
  • Call: 10 days/month (clinic and hospital) – call will be from home
  • Current Gastroenterology services at Oakland are provided by private practice physicians. McLaren is now starting an employed group.
  • Candidates must be Board Eligible or Board Certified.
  • This opportunity can support H1b visas.

McLaren Oakland
 is a 318-bed hospital that provides primary and specialty healthcare services to the greater Pontiac and Oakland County, Michigan communities. Founded in 1953, McLaren Oakland has grown to a comprehensive medical community that includes outpatient facilities in Clarkston and Oxford, in addition to an inpatient hospital in Pontiac providing a range of clinical services including emergency and trauma care, cardiology, cancer services, minimally invasive robotic surgery, and orthopedic services.
