What is a hospitality live in?

A Hospitality Live In position refers to a job in the hospitality industry, such as at a hotel, inn, or resort, where the employee is provided with on-site accommodation as part of their employment. This arrangement can include roles like housekeepers, managers, or caretakers who live at the property to help provide round-the-clock service or support. Live-in positions often come with benefits such as reduced or free rent and utilities, allowing employees to save on living expenses. The responsibilities and work hours can vary depending on the specific role and employer.

What are some unique challenges and benefits of working as a live-in hospitality staff member?

Working as a live-in hospitality staff member offers the benefit of close proximity to your workplace, which can save on commuting time and housing costs. However, it also comes with unique challenges such as maintaining work-life balance, as the boundaries between personal and professional time can blur. You may be expected to respond to guest needs outside of standard working hours and adapt to varying schedules. On the positive side, live-in roles often foster a strong sense of camaraderie with colleagues and provide opportunities to develop customer service skills in a dynamic environment.

What are the key skills and qualifications needed to thrive as a hospitality live in, and why are they important?

To thrive as a Hospitality Live-In professional, you need a solid background in customer service, housekeeping, and basic facility management, often supported by previous hospitality experience or relevant certifications. Familiarity with property management systems (PMS), booking platforms, and maintenance tools is typically required. Strong interpersonal skills, reliability, and adaptability help you build rapport with guests and handle varied tasks efficiently. These skills ensure smooth daily operations, high guest satisfaction, and the effective management of on-site responsibilities.

Job description

About JUS Official Services

JUS Official Services is a premier talent management, creator growth, and multi-division firm. We specialize in the strategic scaling, commercial monetization, and brand development of high-profile independent musicians, digital influencers, streamers, and multi-platform creators. We protect our talent through an absolute zero-tolerance policy for predatory corporate behaviors and strictly maintain a competitive 20% to 25% hard commission cap across our agency services.

We are expanding our core executive team within our domestic, hospitality, and specialized service divisions. We are looking for high-stamina, elite professionals to step directly into the Founder's high-proximity inner circle.

The 30-Day Trial & Career Trajectory

  • The 30-Day Windows: Every role begins as a 1099 independent contractor, commission-only trial for the first 30 days. Compensation structures during this window are discussed individually per role.
  • The Performance Pivot: If you meet elite operational standards within 30 days, you will transition to a permanent, full-time W-2 Executive position. If you do not meet elite standards but show promise, you will be transitioned to the standard, non-executive equivalent of your role (Note: The Pet Coordinator role requires immediate termination if standards are not met).
  • W-2 Executive Progression: Upon successful W-2 transition, you unlock a steady base salary coupled with performance-based commission metrics and full corporate benefits.

Cultural Fit & High-Proximity Lifestyle

Because these roles feature an immersive live-in component and rapid travel, there is zero room for standard corporate rigidity. We are looking for true companions and trusted extensions of the Founder's inner circle.

  • The Vibe: Demands a highly relatable, conversational, energetic, and non-stiff interpersonal approach. A streetwear/casual aesthetic is highly preferred over traditional business formal dress.
  • High-Proximity Comfort: You must thrive in an immersive, high-proximity environment. You will be living, working, and traveling in close quarters (tour buses, transport vans, crowded backstage dressing rooms, and shared estate environments) 24/7 directly alongside the Founder and his team.
  • Social Integration: Attend casual social gatherings, dinners, late-night events, and outings alongside the Founder’s friends and family as a natural, active, and highly personable participant.

The Annual Rotation Schedule

This position requires absolute lifestyle synchronization and permanent relocation/regular travel across our residential estate hubs:

  • 7 Months: Michigan Corporate Estate
  • 2 Months: Washington Hub
  • 1 Month: Texas Hub
  • 1 Month: Shared Corporate Hubs (Georgia, New York, Colorado, Hawaii)
  • 1 Month: International Travel, Luxury Group Activations, and Corporate Vacation

Note: For the First 30 Days, relocation is not required, EXCEPT for the Cook, Cleaner, Hair Stylist, and Pet Coordinator roles, which must deploy immediately to the active tour fleet on a trial basis.

Full W-2 Executive Benefits (Unlocked Post-Trial)

  • 100% Covered Luxury Lodging: Private live-in accommodations provided at all residential properties and tour hotels. Guest or romantic partner visitations are permitted subject to prior, direct clearance from the Founder.
  • 100% Covered Sustenance & Items: All daily meals and dining expenses are covered as you will be dining directly with the Founder. A corporate credit card will be provided for reasonable, as-needed personal hygiene, standard hospitality, and daily items.
  • Premium Healthcare: Comprehensive Health, Dental, and Vision insurance through UnitedHealthcare (UHC), fully managed under the corporate policy with 60% employer coverage.
  • The 80% Referral Escalator: Access to an elite in-house deal-flow program. For any clients, sales, or business deals you source or facilitate, you retain 80% of the corporate income generated once the client invoice is fully cleared.
  • Corporate Tuition Coverage: Eligible for 100% company-funded tuition for relevant higher education degrees after successfully completing 2 consecutive years of employment, subject to the Founder's direct approval of the degree track.
  • Global Travel Benefits: Annual companion travel to exotic international destinations with minimal to no active work duties required.

Open Positions (Select Your Specialization)

  1. Executive Cook
  • Core Mandate: Serve as the private, on-tour and in-estate culinary specialist for the Founder, executive team, and high-profile guests, curating daily nutrition and elite social menus.
  1. Executive Cleaner
  • Core Mandate: Maintain pristine, immaculate, and hospital-grade sanitation of the active tour fleet, dressing rooms, and shared corporate estates under rapid turnaround timelines.
  1. Executive Hair Stylist
  • Core Mandate: Execute continuous, precision hair services including complex cuts, dynamic hair coloring, high-end styling, and on-demand maintenance for the leadership team and touring talent.
  1. Executive Pet Coordinator
  • Core Mandate: Act as the full-time private nanny, safety guardian, and care coordinator for the corporate team's animals across estates, transport vehicles, and world tour stops. (Critical Role: Immediate termination if the 30-day trial is failed).
  1. Executive Travel Coordinator
  • Core Mandate: Manage complex, fluid travel logistics, booking luxury accommodations, executing fleet routing, and handling emergency manifest changes for the leadership team.
