After each go-live, the Implementation Manager will oversee a comprehensive handoff to the Production Support team, ensuring a successful transition of support for the hospital.

The Implementation Manager will supervise performance of all analysts on their team, which is comprised of the applications in their domain (Revenue Cycle). As a leader, you’ll not only deliver implementations, but also shape best practices and elevate team performance across the enterprise.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end Epic Revenue Cycle implementations, including planning, design, build, testing, go-live, and stabilization
  • Serve as the primary implementation leader for assigned hospitals, ensuring successful delivery of all milestones
  • Partner with finance, patient access, HIM, and revenue cycle leadership to align workflows and system design
