  • Supervise patient care
  • Administers treatment as prescribed within standard nursing practice guidelines and in full compliance with established infection control protocols
  • Performs and records weekly pressure ulcer assessment and measurement documentation
  • Monitors the progress of wound healing and makes recommendations
  • Provide orientation and in-service to staff/personnel
  • Assure compliance with local, state and federal laws including problem resolution, complaint investigation

Qualifications:

  • Current Louisiana Registered Nurse (RN) license required
  • Must have current CPR Certification
  • WOCN or WCC Certification preferred
  • Compassionate RN with great time management skills
