University Post-Acute is now hiring LVNs for ALL SHIFTS. UPA is a 50-bed skilled long term memory care nursing facility located in Mentone, CA, conveniently located between Redlands and Yucaipa. We are interested in experienced LVNs, as well NEW GRAD LVNs for ALL SHIFTS, and are willing to train!!
Shift time (8-hour shifts): AM 7:00am-3:30pm, PM 3:00pm-11:30pm, NOC 11:00pm-7:30am
Job Duties: Medication Pass, Observing patients for change in conditions and notifying MD, Daily Documentation, Supervising CNAs; Working with Interdisciplinary Team to provide quality patient care and treatment.
