**Sign-on Bonus: up to $20,000 with a three-year commitment**
Job Title: Physical Therapist
Primary Location: Mary Free Bed at Covenant: 700 Cooper Ave, Saginaw, MI
Department: Outpatient Rehabilitation
Employment Type: Regular/Full-time
Compensation Range: $36.54-$52.98 (dependent on experience)
Shift: Monday to Friday 4 - 10 hour days or 5 - 8 hour days, NO weekends
Hours of Work: 7am to 6pm

Essential Job Qualifications (Knowledge, Education, and Training Requirements):
  • Graduate of Commission on Accreditation in Physical Therapy Education (CAPTE)
  • Licensure with the State of Michigan.
  • Possesses and maintains BLS certification to meet department/program protocol.

Physical Demands
  • The physical ability to lift, position, and transport patients.
  • The ability to frequently sit, stand, walk, bend, kneel, twist, crawl, grasp, reach, and occasionally climb.
  • The ability to hear, speak, write, and see (correctable vision).
  • The ability to frequently lift up to 75 pounds and occasionally lift in excess of 75 pounds.
  • The ability to occasionally push, pull, or carry weight anywhere from 1 to 100+ pounds while assisting patients and moving equipment.
  • The ability to exert up to 20-50 pounds of force occasionally, 10-20 pounds of force frequently, and exert up to 10 pounds of force constantly.
