Job description

Responsible for the daily operations, development, marketing, purchasing and management of the Maple Corner Botique and Gift Shoppe. The person in this position demonstrates the knowledge of maintaining the day-to-day tasks in the Gift Shop and overseeing volunteers in this area. This person reports jointly to the Director of Volunteer Services and is advised by the Goshen Hospital Auxiliary regarding fundraising and event activity.
Position Qualifications
Minimum Education: Associates Degree or related experience in retail management. Reasonable knowledge in computers, finance, retail management. Excellent communication skills.
Preferred Education: Bachelor's Degree in business management or marketing.
Preferred Experience: Retail and customer service experience preferred.
