You will be both strategic and operationally grounded, requiring executive presence, strong judgment, and deep subject-matter expertise.You will work a hybrid schedule, at our Corporate Headquarters in East Aurora, NY.To qualify for the **Chief Security** Officer role, here is what we would expect you to bring to Moog...* A bachelor’s degree in security management, engineering, business administration, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.* Over 15 years of progressively responsible security leadership experience, ideally in aerospace, defense, or advanced manufacturing.* Certifications: PSP, CPP, or equivalent credentials highly desirable.* Experience with global regulatory frameworks.* Eligibility for high-level security clearance.* Must be willing to travel up to 25%.* Must live local to the Buffalo, NY area to work onsite.As the **Chief Security Officer**, you will have the following responsibilities...* Build the Global Security Operations Center (GSOC) team, including regional security heads and external vendor partners.* Oversee the maturation of crisis management, incident response, and resiliency planning. Ensure robust incident command structures, training, and documentation for a wide range of global emergency scenarios.* Promote a culture of safety, security awareness, and regulatory compliance throughout the organization.
