Department: Dietary

Schedule: Full-time - Variable shifts, 6:30am-3pm or 11am-7:30pm

Facility: Saint Mary of Nazareth Hospital

Location: Chicago, IL

1.  High School Diploma or Equivalent preferred

County Specific requirement.

1.  County Specific Food Handlers certification required upon hire and maintained current.
