Love coffee? Enjoy working with people? We're looking for friendly, dependable, and energetic Baristas to join the Finger Lakes Coffee Roasters team at Strong Memorial Hospital in Rochester!

McQuaid Hospitality Group operates three Finger Lakes Coffee Roasters locations throughout Strong Memorial Hospital. We're looking for team members who enjoy staying busy, providing great customer service, and working together in a fast-paced café environment.

Previous barista experience is preferred but not required. We provide paid training for the right candidates.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

As a Barista, you'll help create a fast, friendly, and welcoming experience for hospital employees, patients, visitors, and guests.

Responsibilities include:

• Prepare coffee, espresso drinks, and other beverages quickly and accurately
• Greet customers and provide friendly, professional service
• Take customer orders and operate the POS/register
• Handle cash and electronic payments accurately
• Serve baked goods, pastries, and other café items
• Restock beverages, products, and supplies
• Maintain clean and organized counters, beverage stations, tables, and work areas
• Follow food safety and sanitation procedures
• Work efficiently with your team during busy periods
• Help create a positive experience that keeps our guests coming back
