Job Description

Embark on a rewarding journey as a Front Desk Supervisor, where you'll be the linchpin of our guest experience, ensuring smooth check-ins, personalized service, and efficient problem resolution. In this pivotal role, your leadership will set the tone for our front desk team, creating an atmosphere of hospitality and warmth that leaves a lasting impression on every guest.

  • Oversee and assist in the check-in and check-out processes, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and a welcoming experience for guests.

  • Supervise front desk staff, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure exceptional customer service and adherence to policies and procedures.

  • Monitor and manage room reservations, ensure accuracy and availability, and address discrepancies or special requests.

  • Resolve guest inquiries, concerns, and issues promptly and professionally, maintaining a positive and hospitable atmosphere at the front desk.

  • Coordinate front desk operations during scheduled shifts, ensuring appropriate staffing levels, task delegation, and smooth shift transitions.

  • Act as a communication hub between guests and other hotel departments, facilitating effective communication to enhance the overall guest experience.

  • Maintain accurate records of guest interactions, transactions, and room availability, and generate reports for management analysis and decision-making.

Qualifications
  • 2+ years of hotel reception experience, preferably in a 4 or 5-star hotel

  • Preferred knowledge of Computer based Applications including G-mail, Opera Cloud, Alice and Book4Time.
