Full Time (1.0 FTE, 80 hours every pay period)

8-hour weekday day shifts, every fifth weekend, 2-3 weekdays of on call per month.

This position may be eligible for a Sign on Bonus!

We pay hourly not per visit and mileage between client is also paid.

Job Description:

The Registered Nurse ensures quality and safe delivery of home health/hospice care services to patients of all ages. Coordinateโ€™s provision of home health and hospice services that reflect the agencyโ€™s philosophy and standards of home health/hospice and nursing care of assigned clients including Assisted Living and CBRFโ€™s. Ensures quality and safe delivery of nursing care services. Provides documentation of care consistent with applicable federal, state, and local regulations and accreditation standards.

Experience/Qualifications:

  • Associateโ€™s degree in nursing required.

  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in nursing preferred.

  • Certification in specialty desired.

  • Ideally, there is a minimum of three years practicing as a RN in comparative setting.

  • Possesses an active Wisconsin and/or Michigan RN nursing license.

  • Maintains specialty certification as per department scope of service.

  • Current BLS certification or obtained within 90 days of hire. (See Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation Training Policy).

  • Current Heart Association Advanced Cardiac Life Support Provider (ACLS), Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS), or Neonatal Resuscitation (NRP) certification may be required based on primary department.

  • Valid Wisconsin driverโ€™s license required.

  • Possesses automobile liability insurance with minimum $100,000/$300,000 coverage required, or $300,000 combined single-limit liability.
