Position OverviewWe are hiring Over-the-Road (OTR) Company Drivers for our Heavy Haul and General Freight Divisions. Drivers are assigned one truck — your truck — for the duration of employment. No slip seating.We run freight across the Western, Central, and Eastern U.S., offering strong weekly miles and dependable dispatch support.We currently operate the following trailer types:        •       Dry Van Trailers        •       Refrigerated (Reefer) Trailers        •       Hopper Bottom Trailers        •       Flatbed Trailers

Driver Responsibilities:• Safely operate a commercial truck for long-distance hauls• Follow dispatch instructions and plan efficient routes• Pick up and deliver freight on time while verifying load accuracy• Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections• Maintain accurate logs and submit paperwork promptly• Keep assigned truck and trailer clean and well-maintained• Communicate proactively with dispatch regarding load status or issues• Comply with all DOT regulations and traffic laws• Prioritize safety and proper rest at all times

Requirements:• Valid Class A CDL• Minimum 2 years of verifiable OTR experience• Clean driving record with solid safety history• Ability to pass pre-employment and random drug testing• Professional attitude and strong communication skills• Experience with heavy haul, flatbed, hopper bottom, dry van, or reefer preferred

Compensation & Benefits• 25% of 90% per load successfully delivered• Weekly pay• Fuel card provided• Average 2,500+ miles per week• Flexible home time – approximately 1 week per month (based on needs)• 24/7 dispatch support• Assigned truck – no slip seating• 2 weeks paid vacation per year (after 6 months)• Health insurance available after 2 months• Paid tolls and detention pay
