YOU MUST HAVE

  • Requires a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • 3+ years of experience supporting manufacturing engineering or technician roles in a production environment.
  • Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, fixture/tooling design, quality control, and process improvement techniques.
  • Proficiency with data collection and analysis tools, manufacturing equipment, and basic troubleshooting skills to support manufacturing operations.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint
  • Experience with CAD software, preferably AutoCAD Inventor.
  • Experience with CAM software, preferably Mastercam
  • Ability to read blueprints with tolerancing and GD&T
  • Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to work under pressure.
  • Commitment to safety, quality, and operational excellence.
