Residential Home Repair Technician

Full-Time | Residential Home Services | Middle Tennessee

Honey Do Service is growing, and we’re looking for a dependable, skilled Service Technician to join our residential repair team. If you enjoy solving problems, take pride in quality workmanship, and want a stable long-term career with a company that values your time and talent — this is the place for you.

We serve homeowners across Spring Hill, Franklin, Brentwood, Thompson’s Station, College Grove, and Columbia, providing professional home repair, maintenance, carpentry, light plumbing, and light electrical services.

What You’ll Do

  • Complete a wide range of residential repair and maintenance projects
  • Troubleshoot issues and recommend effective repair solutions
  • Perform light carpentry, drywall repair, door repairs, trim work, light plumbing, light electrical, and general handyman tasks
  • Communicate clearly with homeowners and provide a professional customer experience
  • Use mobile apps and company software to track jobs, update notes, and document completed work
  • Maintain clean, safe jobsites and follow company quality standards
  • Represent Honey Do Service with professionalism, reliability, and craftsmanship clients can trust

What We’re Looking For

  • 2+ years of experience in home repair, handyman services, maintenance, carpentry, or a related trade
  • Strong knowledge of residential repair and maintenance work
  • Ability to diagnose issues and complete repairs independently
  • Comfortable interacting with homeowners and delivering excellent customer service
  • Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and basic tools (company provides specialty tools)
  • Self-motivated, organized, and dependable
  • Ability to lift 50+ lbs., climb ladders, and safely perform physical work

Preferred But Not Required

  • Light plumbing and electrical experience
  • Previous handyman or residential service technician experience
  • Experience using Jobber or similar field service software
