Earning potential: $60,000 - $120,000+ (commission-based)

We will train the right candidate
  • Looking for a career change? We are excited to hire folks from other industries, such as: hospitality (server, bartender etc.), alternative forms of retail or sales and customer service etc. No retail automotive experience? That's ok, we'll train you!
  • Successful retail automotive Sales members typically transition well from various other industries including but not limited to: other forms of retail or sales, hotels (front desk, concierge etc.), restaurants (server, bartender etc.) customer service et all. We would like to interview with candidates who are well spoken, customer oriented, and money motivated! Come give retail automotive a try!

Responsibilities
  • Assist customers in selecting an automobile by asking questions and listening to customer needs
  • Test-drive automobiles to demonstrate car features
  • Develop sales strategies and close deals
  • Manage customer database
  • Prepare sales documents, develop financing or lease structures, and finalize details of transactions
  • Keep abreast of new products and services
