Earning potential: $60,000 - $120,000+ (commission-based)
Driver's license required

We will train the right candidate
  • Looking for a career change? We are excited to hire folks from other industries, such as: hospitality (server, bartender etc.), alternative forms of retail or sales and customer service etc. No retail automotive experience? That's ok, we'll train you!
  • Successful retail automotive Sales members typically transition well from various other industries including but not limited to: other forms of retail or sales, hotels (front desk, concierge etc.), restaurants (server, bartender etc.) customer service et all. Responsibilities
  • Assist customers in selecting an automobile by asking questions and listening to customer needs
  • Test-drive automobiles to demonstrate car features
  • Develop sales strategies and close deals
  • Manage customer database
  • Prepare sales documents, develop financing or lease structures, and finalize details of transactions
  • Keep abreast of new products and services
