Brand Ambassador

Position type: This is an hourly job eligible for overtime, plus commission. This is a full-time position, but we also offer part-time hours.

HOMEWORKS ENERGY is hiring Brand Ambassadors starting at $23 per hour plus commission ($200-$500 or more a week in commission on top of hourly rates!), along with strong growth opportunity within the company.

This is a great time of the year to be outside and join our field marketing team as we head into the Spring season. Become a Tabler with Homeworks and you’ll join a great culture and participate in fun internal competitions where you can earn even more perks!

Responsibilities:

Use your people skills from previous entry level sales roles, retail or customer service positions to engage directly with your community at hardware and grocery stores as well as fun events like farmers markets and home shows.

The primary goal of this position is customer acquisition, so if you don’t mind talking to strangers then you’ll do great here.

  • Table for HomeWorks Energy and the Mass Save program at retail locations and events
  • Responsible for scheduling customers for a Home Energy Assessment or other in home visits as needed
  • Responsible for event setup and breakdown which requires carrying a table and a 25-pound tent to events. Setup and breakdown require manual dexterity.
  • Attends bi-weekly team meetings, some of which are in Charleston, Ma
  • Drives to events and tabling locations up to 1 hour away
  • Performs other duties as required

Requirements:

  • Must have a valid drivers license and reliable form of transportation.
  • Must be okay traveling to territory locations up to 1 hour away (mileage is reimbursed).
  • Must be 18 years of age.

Compensation: $23 per hour plus the opportunity to earn weekly commission of $200-$300 per week
