Job description

We are seeking an energetic and skilled educator to join our after-school program team! As a Reading Intervention Teacher, you will work with a small group of students in grades K-5 toward reading success.  
You will create and facilitate interactive, hands-on, and engaging reading literacy projects and provide learning instruction to frustrational level readers. You will also assess students' oral reading fluency and reading comprehension.
The best fit teacher will demonstrate strong leadership skills, student engagement skills, and successful experience working with school-age children. Data management, organization, lesson planning, creativity, and flexibility are necessary practical skills. Most importantly, applicants must truly enjoy working with children!
Your goal is to create a welcoming learning environment and provide students with the tools they need to reach their full potential. The ideal candidate is compassionate, creative, has a passion for teaching, and loves children!

Responsibilities:

Qualifications
