YDC Summers create RAVING FANS! Summer Mentors have an opportunity to get paid while they play! Enrichment activities, field trips and mentoring some AMAZING KIDS! Summer Mentors should expect a high energy summer and be ready for laughter and cheers!

Use your passion for working with children to provide a safe place to grow socially, emotionally, and intellectually. Through warmth, patience, and understanding our early childhood educators and mentors create meaningful relationships with children, families, and their YDC family. Use your purpose and talents to encourage children to learn and grow through a play with a purpose approach.

Youth Development Company/PAL is a 27 year old non-profit organization who provides full time and part time opportunities for youth mentoring to school age children during out of school times through homework help, physical activity, creative and fun learning opportunities. We also provide early childhood education to children from infants to 5 years old in a licensed childcare / daycare setting to build the fundamental skills for them to succeed as they embark on their educational journey.

Our out of school time programs are in Bangor, Coloma, Gobles and South Haven. YDC Learning Centers are providing care for young children in South Haven, Coloma and Gobles
