Job description

DESCRIPTION
Exit 4 is a high-energy, fast-paced, community-driven restaurant. We are looking for a mature, reliable, people-loving Host/Hostess who thrives in a busy environment and enjoys making guests feel welcome the second they walk through the door.
If you have a warm personality, can stay organized under pressure, and love working as part of a team, this is the place for you.
JOB SUMMARY
The Host/Hostess is the guest's first impression of Exit 4. You'll greet, seat, organize the flow of service, and help keep the front of house running smoothly in a fast-paced restaurant.
KEY DUTIES
  • Warmly greet all guests with a smile and positive energy
  • Manage the waitlist, seating flow, and floor plan
  • Communicate with servers and management to ensure smooth service
  • Answer phones and assist with takeout orders
  • Maintain a clean, organized host stand and entrance area
  • Support the team with basic side work during busy times
  • Provide quick, friendly, solution-focused guest assistance
  • Uphold Exit 4 hospitality standards at all times

COMPENSATION
  • $20 per hour + tips
  • Employee meals
  • Supportive, respectful team environment
  • Opportunity for growth within the company

REQUIREMENTS
Exit 4 started with one idea: create a place where everyone feels at home. Since opening in 2016, we've grown from a food-hall concept into a full-service restaurant built on fresh ingredients, global flavors, and genuine hospitality.
We cook with heart, inspired by Italy, Spain, and the community we serve. From homemade pasta and wood-fired pizza to vibrant bowls, salads, and comfort dishes, everything we do is rooted in quality and care.
More than a restaurant, Exit 4 is a gathering place - a neighborhood table where families, friends, and new faces come together for good food and good company.
Welcome to Exit 4.
Always homemade. Always inspired. Always here for you.
