Care Sense Therapy is seeking a dedicated and experienced Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) to join our telehealth team. • Conduct comprehensive evaluations of clients' mental health, focusing on the severity and frequency of mood disorder symptoms, including depression, anxiety, and bipolar disorder.
• Develop individualized treatment plans that align with clients' unique needs, goals, and personal preferences, incorporating evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).
• Monitor client progress through regular follow-ups and adjust treatment plans as needed to ensure effective outcomes.
• Provide education and support to clients and their families regarding mood disorders, available treatments, and self-care practices to empower them in their recovery journey.
• Collaborate seamlessly with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to integrate care and provide a holistic approach to treatment.
• Maintain accurate and confidential client records according to legal and ethical standards while staying current with evolving research in mood disorders.
• Participate in professional development opportunities and team meetings to enhance therapeutic skills and share insights with colleagues.
• Act as an advocate for mental health awareness and support, particularly for vulnerable populations such as the homeless, refugees, and survivors of domestic abuse.

You will primarily work with clients facing mood disorders, including depression, anxiety, and bipolar disorder issues. Your compassionate approach will cater to individuals from varied backgrounds, including those who have experienced significant life stressors or trauma. In addition, you may facilitate group therapy sessions for populations like the homeless or survivors of domestic violence, providing them with a safe space to share their experiences and foster healing.

• A current and active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to build strong relationships with clients and foster a supportive therapeutic environment.
• Demonstrated empathy and a non-judgmental attitude towards clients' experiences and challenges, fostering a trusting relationship.
• Strong organizational and time management skills to effectively handle a diverse caseload and administrative duties.

• Experience working with diverse populations and complex mental health issues, particularly mood disorders.
• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and remote counseling techniques.
• Previous involvement in cases requiring extensive client advocacy and community support.

• Annual salary ranging from $70,000 to $100,000, commensurate with qualifications and experience.
