Job Description
If you have a passion for working one-on-one with senior adults to enrich their lives, then we would like to discuss joining our team of highly skilled and compassionate Caregivers with you.
We have openings for Caregiver positions in Contra Costa and Solano counties. Both hourly and live-in jobs are available. The ideal candidate will have a CNA license and/or significant previous experience caring for seniors providing assistance with Activities of Daily Living, and a genuine compassion for their health and well-being.
Qualifications
Applicants will be required to provide references, a clear TB test, Social Security card or work permit, current CPR card, pass a background check, demonstrate the ability to perform required tasks and be able to communicate well with clients.
A California driver's license, current auto insurance and owning a vehicle are a plus. You will be responsible for transportation to and from scheduled shifts.
Compensation begins at $13.00 per hour for driving caregivers and $12.00 for non-driving caregivers for hourly jobs. Higher rates and overtime compensation are possible. This year, our top earning caregivers will make more than $50,000!!! We are an equal opportunity employer and provide a friendly, drug free, work environment.

Additional Information

Responsibilities include:
• Visit, revisit, inform and educate between 25 and 30 network referral sources on a weekly schedule.
• Conduct a minimum of 2 educational presentations/info sessions to groups each month to raise awareness.
• Assist Homecare Professional's in developing, managing and maintaining referral relationships.
• Acknowledge all network referral source contacts with appropriate correspondence.
• Continually research and identify sources for client referrals.
• Maintain records & provide the Executive Director with weekly networking activities and progress report.
• Provide advice to management on key developments within the service area.
• Keep up to date on information and issues related to the position, the community, referral networks, and the company.
• Participate in internal and external professional development activities as appropriate.
