Job description

Urgent Hiring: Helpers for In-Home Support - Tampa, FL

Location: Tampa, FL, 33625 Start Date: ASAP Helper Rate: $18.33 per hour

We are seeking a dependable and attentive helper to assist a male client in his 70s who requires transportation and post-surgery support. This is a one-day assignment with extended hours to ensure safe recovery immediately after the procedure.

Care Responsibilities

  • Provide safe transportation to and from the surgical appointment
  • Remain on-site or nearby during procedure
  • Offer post-surgery supervision and companionship
  • Assist with basic needs and comfort after discharge
  • Monitor for any immediate post-op concerns and ensure safety

Appointment Details

  • Facility: Vein and Vascular (Lutz, FL)
  • Date: July 10, 2026
  • Surgery Time: 9:30 AM
  • Estimated Duration: ~2 hours
  • Post-Op Care: Caregiver to remain with client for approximately 6 hours after surgery
