 We have a full time position open for a licensed home inspector.   The role primarily covers Dallas, Collin and Rockwall, Tarrant, Kaufman, Hunt, Denton counties.

Essential Job Functions:

·        Perform home inspections for several hours a day.

·        Contact clients by either telephone , email or in-person at inspections.

·        Track inspection activities and update files/database as appropriate.

·        Our full time inspectors work 5 days a week with Sunday and one other day off during the week. We give ample personal time off to spend enjoying the fruits of your labor. Our schedule is flexible with requested shifts and days off. 

What you will need:  

·        Complete TREC required schooling, pass the state exam, pass background check by TREC. ( Texas Real Estate Commission.  

·        Basic knowledge of residential home systems and components

·        Fanatical attention to detail and first-class customer service

·        Ability to pass all employment screening

·        Must have reliable transportation
