You play a critical role in protecting the performance and reliability of mission-critical technologies used across electronic warfare, radar, and advanced communications systems. What you'll do
  • Inspect incoming materials, in-process builds, and finished products for compliance with specifications
  • Perform mechanical, electrical, and visual inspections using precision measurement tools
  • Interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and inspection plans
  • Identify, document, and report nonconforming materials or processes
  • Prepare inspection, rejection, and first article reports
  • Communicate inspection results and recommend corrective actions
  • Support quality audits and supplier inspections
  • Enter inspection and test data into quality systems
  • Apply acceptance or rejection identification as required
  • Help reduce rework, downtime, and quality escapes

What you need
  • Strong ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications - required
  • Experience using inspection tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges - required
  • Knowledge of mechanical and/or electrical inspection methods - required
  • High attention to detail and strong documentation skills - required
  • Vocational certificate or Associate degree in a technical field - required
