Pediatric Registered Nurse
Location: Manchester Pediatric Medical Day Care (AristaCare at Manchester, 1770 Tobias Ave, Manchester Township, NJ 08759)
Schedule: Full Time, Part Time, Per diem (Monday-Friday 6am-4pm)
Job Summary
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Pediatric Registered Nurse (RN) to provide direct nursing care to participants in a Pediatric Medical Day Care setting. The RN will also supervise the daily activities of room assistants while ensuring compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations. This role works closely with the Director and Director of Nursing to maintain the highest standards of care at all times.
Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct nursing care to pediatric participants in accordance with care plans and facility policies
  • Supervise and support room assistants in daily clinical activities
  • Ensure compliance with Pediatric Medical Day Care regulations and applicable healthcare standards
  • Monitor participants' conditions and report changes as appropriate
  • Complete accurate and timely documentation, charting, and reports
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to support coordinated care
  • Participate in surveys, inspections, and quality improvement initiatives
  • Maintain a professional and positive image of the facility
Requirements
  • Active, valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of New Jersey
  • 3 years experience as a full-time RN in a PICU, NICU, Pediatric Nursing Home, Pediatric Home Care, Pediatric Medical Daycare , Pediatric Rehab hospital
  • 1 year full-time experience in nursing supervision and/or administration in a licensed health care facility
