A pharmacy billing and reimbursement specialist is needed to support home infusion pharmacy billing operations remotely with a Montana-based organization that delivers comprehensive home health and hospice services. This temp-to-hire opportunity offers a structured 8-5 or 7-4 MST schedule, focusing on accurate and efficient management of pharmacy claims within a patient-centered care environment.
Location: Remote (Montana Based)
Schedule:

  • 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM MST
  • 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM MST
    Type: Temp-to-Hire
Responsibilities:
  • Process and submit home infusion pharmacy claims with accuracy in a high-volume, metrics-driven setting
  • Manage the complete billing lifecycle: charge entry, claims submission, follow-up, and denial resolution
  • Utilize CareTend software to support billing workflows, documentation, and reimbursement tracking
  • Review and ensure compliance with payer requirements specific to infusion therapies, supplies, and related services
  • Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies, denials, and reimbursement issues promptly
