Who We’re Looking For

The ideal candidate:
  • Is at least 18 years old
  • Demonstrates patience, empathy, and reliability
  • Has completed a 60-hour Personal Care Homemaker Training Program (Massachusetts Council) or Holds a valid PCA, HHA, or CNA certification
  • Has CPR certification
  • Possesses a valid driver’s license and at least one year of personal care experience

  • Is proficient in reading, writing, and speaking English

  • Assisting with scheduling medical appointments and social activities
Health & Safety Monitoring

  • Observing and reporting changes in a client’s physical or mental condition
